Here are some guidelines that will help you to determine the size of a tent and size of the dance floor.

The following rules of thumb will help to calculate the square footage of your event tent or venue:

• For a Standup Cocktail Party you need 5 to 6 square feet per person
• For a Buffet Dinner you need 7 to 8 square feet per person
• For a Sit Down Dinner you need 12 square feet per person using 48", 60" or 72" round tables. When using 6ft or 8ft Banquet tables, you need about 10 square feet per person.
• Dance area - 2 to 3 square feet per person.

Frame Tents
Requiring no center poles, frame tents provide maximum utilization of interior space and can be installed on driveways, patios and lawns. Frame tens have to be installed and delivered by us.

Dance Floors:  Dance floor comes in 3' x  3' panels (Oak Parquet) and can be assembled in any increment of three feet (e.g.  6x9, 6x12, 9x12, etc.).   Dance floor has to be installed and delivered by us.  Please refer to our pricelist for cost per 3x3 panel.
